The project is a six storey residential building located in the southern suburbs of Athens. It consists of five almost identical floor apartments and a maisonette at the sixth floor. There is a pilotis entrance which serves also partly as parking space and is surrounded by communal courtyards. The composition consists of two successive levels, a white and a grey one. The grey one functions as a background canvas where the white one adds three dimensional architectural elements, the balconies, the erker volumes, the pergolas. The materiality used is minimal, reduced to the two main composition colours, grey and white plaster and wood for the pergolas as an addition of  the essence of nature.
